The H2 Newsletter

Getting up Close

Huge thanks to Paul Major for editing the last two newsletters, the first of what I hope will be a few different editors to help keep the feel of it fresh and interesting.  If you fancy editing the newsletter every now and again please let me know.

Last night was a still life/macro evening with everyone getting a chance to play with different setups created by David, Jo,  Mark and Andrew.  Hopefully most people learnt (or relearnt) something new.  Wandering round and overhearing people talk there were lots of conversations and it all felt really very positive

A big thanks to Jo & Alan for doing the teas,  It seems that setting things up before the meeting is the way to go and certainly makes the tea break pretty relaxed.

This Monday is the Bank Holiday and the day of the village fete.  We have a display in the tea pavilion that Jeff, Jo, Paul & Warren have kindly volunteered to setup for us.

Time is running out for your Timestamp exhibition photos, you must have them up loaded to Flickr by next Saturday (31st) if you want them in the exhibition.   If you need help with Flickr please contact our Flickr admins who will be happy to help.

As part of the new website (details below)  I have also created a new email address for the committee: committee@h2photo.org.uk which can be used if you have suggestions or comments you wish to share with us.

in keeping with the fluid nature of the summer sessions I am not sure what is happening next week but as ever:
