AUCTION BIDS UPDATE 3

TODAY'S UPDATE

Here's the update from overnight Saturday to Sunday. There're bids flying around all over the place, so monitor your emails - we don't want you missing the book you want.

Slight change of tack, today. We are wondering if you have seen just what good value the following lot is:

Adobe Photoshop CC Bible.

This big thick tome is in excellent condition so has got to be worth a bid - David’s Book Auction.

Dear Members and Friends of H2 Photographic Society

Sadly, this year we lost David Woods to cancer. David was a long-time member of Harlow Photographic Society & H2PS. His widow, Avril, has kindly offered David’s (many) photographic books for us to auction with the proceeds going to Bowel Cancer UK

Take a look at the attached Catalogue; David was obviously an avid reader and careful book collector. The titles are many and varied. And the vast majority of the 50 lots are in excellent condition.

Be The First To Bid…

This will be a ‘silent’ auction so please email your bids to David’s Book Auction. We will update you daily on the highest bids received so you can re-bid just as though you were at a live auction. All we need are:

Your name
The lot numbers
And your bids.

The fun starts NOW, so take a look at the Catalogue and get bidding for this really worthwhile cause. The final hammer comes down at Noon on Wednesday 9 December. No bids will be accepted after that time, and the winners will be informed by email, and at our club evening on Thursday 10 December.

Free Delivery For Members

We will ask the winners to pay their money directly to Bowel Cancer UK by way of a donation before delivery. H2 members will get free delivery for the books they buy. For non-members it will be winner collects.

So get your bids emailed to David's Book Auction. And let’s collect as much money as possible to this worthy charity. Of course, whilst you are on the Bowel Cancer UK website, you can always donate more to this good cause.
