Welcome to the H2 Newsletter
Lots of new things are happening at Harlow Photographic Society, that we would like to update you with and here are a few Highlights:
New Location
After much consideration we have decided to move the club to Much Hadham Village Hall:
New Name
In order to acknowledge our new location the clubs name will change to H2 Imaging. H2 stands for Harlow and the Hadhams or Harlow two, or anything else we want it to mean.
New Programme
Paul Radden has done a lot of work creating a new programme, printed versions should be available soon.
The drive with the new programme is to have a lot more emphasis on practical evenings, more input from individual members and less competitions. We want members to have enjoyable evenings which help them improve their photography.
If you already have an electronic calendar on Outlook, iPhone, android phone you should be able to add this calendar to yours. Simply Google "Add Shared Google Calendar to {your device}" for instructions:
The Summer Sessions
In order to get used to our new home and to make use of those long summer evenings Mark Edwards will be arranging a set of summer sessions until our first club night on 19 September. More details soon.
The first Summer session will be 4th July and in the honour of it being independence day Warren martin has arranged for an american themed evening with hot dogs for all participants.
New Committee
A new committee has been elected:

But, even if your name isn't listed above, we need your input. We will need:

A regular stream of people to help with making the teas & coffees every Thursday.
Every member of H2 is expected to help keep the club running: No one of us is as smart as all of us together. You can contact the committee by email: committee@h2imaging.org.uk or just grab one of us on a club night.
